• Order purchase date - Partial or whole
• Customer name - Partial or whole
• Order/Reference No - Whole number only
• Invoice number - Whole number only
• Customer PO number - Whole number only
• M&R Item number - Any whole item number within any order

Order time frame, based on the actual order date could be utilized to narrow down your search criteria.

Available options are:

• View Open and Recently Shipped Orders
• Orders placed within current week
• Orders placed within current month
• Orders placed within last six full months
• Any of the previous three years
• Any available order, up to 4 years of the historical information

Order type and ownership search options are:

• Regular parts orders - All parts orders placed outside of the Online Store
• All parts orders
• All Web parts orders - Orders placed via Online Store
• My Web parts orders - Orders placed by you via Online Store
• Equipment orders

Search examples

• "01-MAY" searches all orders where Date Purchased has the searched criteria within
• "42021" will return all orders within the specified time frame having the invoice number 42021
• "8090059" is recognized as valid The M&R Companies item number and search against it will return all orders with this part inside
• "BAHAMA" returns all orders shipped to a customer that has word "BAHAMA" within its name
